  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Manage contracts and agreements.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after sales.Skills and Knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other productivity software.
