- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Manage contracts and agreements.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
- Respond to electronic inquiries.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or areas.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Provide ongoing support to clients after sales.Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Familiarity with MS Office and other productivity software.
