Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth, retention, and customer engagement.

Job Summary

The Chief Marketing Officer will develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in target markets.
  • Design, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns while ensuring user experience and project deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the telecommunications sector (Canada and United States) to remain competitive across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content, including emails, direct mailing, case studies, and presentations, tailored for B2B/B2C audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring all initiatives are cost-efficient and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of B2B/B2C marketing principles, particularly in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and sales platforms (Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Bilingual: Fluent in both English and French to effectively communicate with stakeholders across Canada and the United States is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
  • Experience working in an agile team or squad, with a solid understanding of agile practices is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
