We are a leading international company specializing in natural health products, seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to drive our marketing strategies and support major growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing effective marketing initiatives, directing all consumers and brand marketing activities across various distribution channels, including independent health food stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, and online platforms.

As a key member of our Management Committee, the Chief Marketing Officer will effectively manage, coach, and coordinate the marketing team, comprising product managers and digital marketing specialists, to ensure optimum performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and expand our market share.
  • Direct all marketing activities, including branding, advertising, promotions, and public relations, to achieve sales targets and increase customer engagement.
  • Manage and coordinate the marketing team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet their performance objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer product/brand management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, resulting in increased sales and market share.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is essential.

**Compensation Package:**
