Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at B.C. LTD. DBA Sussex Insurance. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring all details are taken care of.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and staff.
  • Document Management: Type, proofread, and maintain accurate records of correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Cultural Competency: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers, refugees, and Indigenous people.
  • Support for Youths: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
