Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the demands of our menu.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
- Staff Training: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Team Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
