About the Role
Mosaic Forest Management is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team in Nanaimo, British Columbia. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in preparing agreements and documents related to the management of our land base.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and draft legal documents for land use agreements, including access agreements, road use agreements, leases, and licenses.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to prepare correspondence and conduct due diligence searches.
- Conduct research and maintain an efficient system for tracking dates and correspondence.
- Ensure documents and reports are retained on the appropriate file and internal systems.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal.
- Strong understanding of BC land title system and real estate terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal computer systems.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $72,600 to $90,750, commensurate with skill, experience, and education.
