About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to assist our team with swimming pool installation tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Move tools, equipment, and materials to and from the work site
  • Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas
  • Participate in a government or community program that supports newcomers and refugees
  • Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and refugees
  • Support social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees
  • Recruit newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster
  • Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition
  • Offer mentorship programs to pair newcomers and refugees with experienced employees
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work outdoors in dusty and wet/damp conditions
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
