Job Overview:

The Business Development Director role is a key contributor to our organization's success, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

As a Business Development Director, you will develop strategic relationships with clients, understand their business objectives, and collaborate with our team of experts to create innovative solutions that drive results.

This is a hybrid role that requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, marketing solutions, and professional business services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of new business development, selling to Fortune 1000 companies, and driving revenue growth in large accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive new revenue growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Leverage industry expertise to create innovative solutions for clients
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of direct B2B sales experience with a proven track record of new business development
  • Strong understanding of marketing solutions and professional business services
  • Ability to develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation:

This is a highly competitive role with a base salary of $120,000 CAD and a performance-based commission structure. The total compensation package includes a car allowance, company laptop, mobile device reimbursement, and full expense account for client entertainment.
