Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive sales growth and expansion in the HNW market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key advisors in the HNW space, providing them with tailored solutions and expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with the Vice-President, Advanced Sales and other team members to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Foster effective working relationships with carrier support contacts and advanced tax and estate experts as required.
  • Deliver educational content and training to advisors and sales teams on HNW market trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of industry experience, with a deep understanding of the HNW market and its complexities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals and advisors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Life License, CFP, CLU, TEP, or FEA, are highly desirable.
