Physiotherapist Job Opportunity

Nation Health Centre is a dynamic group of healthcare professionals dedicated to improving patient outcomes through a patient-centred approach. We are seeking a part-time or full-time Physiotherapist to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing physiotherapy services to clients, including assessment, treatment, and care planning. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and manage physiotherapy assessments and treatments to restore movement and function
  • Develop personalized exercise programs to improve range of motion, strength, and flexibility
  • Administer electrotherapy and educate clients on the use of mobility aids and assistive devices
  • Care coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
  • Client care planning, charting, and discharge planning
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Registration with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario
  • CPR certification
  • ADP certification or willingness to become certified
  • Strong physical assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-3 years clinical practice experience
  • Experience with neuro and vestibular rehabilitation
  • Bilingual (French and English) considered an asset
