Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Counselling Services to join our team at Centretown CHC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership to the Mental Health Counsellors, administrative and support staff, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the teams.

The Manager of Counselling Services will also have primary responsibility for the Counselling teams, Lifestyle Enrichment for Senior Adults (LESA) program, and non-medical staff in the Trans Health clinic. This individual will work closely with the Director, Mental Health, Substance Use Health & Addictions to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent management and supervisory skills, as well as experience working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. They will also have a strong understanding of best practices in clinical counselling and standards of professional practice.

  • Key Responsibilities:
