Remote Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and qualified sales leader to drive our team's performance. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.

This role demands a leader who can inspire high performance in others and motivate a team while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet business goals
  • Lead, motivate, and coach sales team members to achieve excellence
  • Analyze sales performance and provide actionable feedback
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
  • Manage sales operations, including forecasting and budgeting
  • Collaborate with the management team to align sales strategies with business objectives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in managing sales teams
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and coach sales teams to achieve high performance
  • Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with CRM systems in a service-driven business
  • Highly experienced and well-versed in cloud-based platforms, social media, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
About the Role:
  • $85,000 - $95,000 per year
  • Work from home with flexible scheduling
  • Language requirement: English (flexible)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
