Senior Sales Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and qualified sales leader to drive our team's performance. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
This role demands a leader who can inspire high performance in others and motivate a team while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet business goals
- Lead, motivate, and coach sales team members to achieve excellence
- Analyze sales performance and provide actionable feedback
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
- Manage sales operations, including forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with the management team to align sales strategies with business objectives
- 5+ years of experience in managing sales teams
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and coach sales teams to achieve high performance
- Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Experience working with CRM systems in a service-driven business
- Highly experienced and well-versed in cloud-based platforms, social media, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- $85,000 - $95,000 per year
- Work from home with flexible scheduling
- Language requirement: English (flexible)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
