Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bar Support Specialist to join our team at Dave & Buster's, Inc. As a Bar Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Bartenders: Provide support to bartenders by keeping bar areas clean, stocked, and organized, ensuring prompt and friendly service to our guests.
  • Maintain Bar Areas: Ensure bar areas remain clean, tidy, and well-stocked, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver an unparalleled guest experience by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to customer needs and concerns.
  • Support Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, requisitioning supplies as needed, and adhering to company inventory management procedures.
  • Participate in Team Efforts: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, promote the brand, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
