About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Flight and Technical Operations team as an Intern. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and tasks that will help you develop your skills and knowledge in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the organization of Technical Operations Working Group (TOWG) meetings and related IATA events
  • Participate in daily management of IATA specific project activities, including administrative and Subject Matter Expert (SME) tasks
  • Collect, centralize, and visualize data, information, and feedback related to technical operations
  • Prepare and coordinate meeting minutes, presentations, survey reports, and other documents
  • Support on-going or new initiatives and projects involving FTO contributions at the IATA core or regional level
Requirements
  • Recent graduate (within the last 12 months) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, aviation, mechanical, electrical, computer, or business administration
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and persistent can-do attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively in an international and multicultural environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Very good English language skills (verbal & written) with a reasonable command of aviation specific vocabulary
  • Highly computer literate with strong user capabilities of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Teams, SharePoint, and PowerBI
