Lead Retail Media Advertising

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our retail media advertising efforts. As a key member of our Media team, you will be responsible for planning, strategy, and execution of retail media campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute retail media strategies to drive client growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of professionals in ensuring strong performance against client goals and identifying and resolving any client issues
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Flywheel Digital, sharing market insights and best practices with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure team members have the training, resources, and ongoing professional development they need to succeed
  • Contribute to hiring, team structuring, and account resourcing decisions

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in retail media disciplines, including search, display, and video
  • At least 2-3 years of team leadership and training experience
  • Deep experience and familiarity with retail media platforms and networks, including campaign management platforms and digital shelf solutions
  • Demonstrable expertise in retail media, with the ability to communicate media goals, challenges, and performance in a broader business context
