Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Consultant to join our team at Tianxin Financial Services Corp.

Job Summary

This role involves working closely with clients to identify their financial goals and objectives, analyzing their financial records, and developing personalized financial plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their financial situations, goals, and concerns.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze clients' financial records to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans that address clients' needs and goals.
  • Cash Management: Make recommendations on cash management strategies to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
  • Investment Planning: Assist clients in creating investment portfolios that align with their risk tolerance and financial goals.
  • Retirement Planning: Help clients plan for retirement by identifying potential income sources and creating strategies for maximizing their retirement savings.
  • Estate Planning: Assist clients in planning for the distribution of their assets after they pass away.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Canadian Institute of Financial Planning Course.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Work Environment:
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
