Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Billing Advisor to join our team in Gander, NL or Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. As a Billing Advisor, you'll provide exceptional customer service, resolve policy billing concerns, and build relationships with 3rd party partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, resolving policy billing issues and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Manage client account billing questions and concerns, including NSF, billing notices, and working on billing processes within company portals.
  • Build relationships with 3rd party partners to resolve billing issues where necessary.
  • Work within a phone queue to resolve client inquiries.
  • Manage difficult client interactions, being resilient and adjusting responses accordingly.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma and/or Post-Secondary Education
  • 1 or more years of experience in Customer Service
  • Bilingual-French and English an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution abilities
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; multi-tasking
