Billing Advisor Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our BrokerLink team in Ontario, working on a permanent full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering multi-line phones and directing client inquiries.
  • Manage the flow of walk-in customers and callers, ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Process customer payments, bank deposits, petty cash management, and account coding.
  • Participate in the billing team, answering client calls regarding payments.
  • Monitor and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and couriers.
  • Ensure the EPIC system and company portals are updated consistently.

Requirements:

  • High School and/or Post-Secondary Education.
  • 2-5 years of experience in an office environment.
  • Computer skills, including keyboarding and MS Office.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exposure to Epic is an asset.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Prior experience working in a brokerage or insurance industry is an asset.
