Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze and optimize our daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Product Development: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, taking into account market trends and customer needs.
  • Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credit policies that align with our business goals.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Budget Planning and Monitoring: Plan and monitor budgets to ensure revenue and expense alignment with business objectives.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
