Job Title: Wholesale Establishment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Establishment Manager to join our team at Sino Canadian Seafood Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Wholesale Establishment Manager will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and overseeing daily operations. This includes studying market research and trends to determine consumer demand, implementing price and credit policies, and developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
  • Implement price and credit policies to optimize sales and revenue
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Plan and organize trade shows and exhibits to showcase products and build relationships with business clients
  • Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve overall team efficiency
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
