Job Title: Wholesale Establishment Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Establishment Manager to join our team at Sino Canadian Seafood Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operations
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
  • Implement price and credit policies to optimize sales and revenue
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
  • Determine staffing requirements and lead sales team in building relationships with business clients
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth business operations
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
