We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Water discipline as an Associate Vice President.

This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, ability to collaborate with Principals, Managers, and team members, and a strategic approach to problem-solving.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in organizational leadership, business development initiatives planning, implementation, and tracking, and maintaining existing client relationships.

The role involves leading the Water discipline, developing and implementing annual business plans and multi-year strategies for growth, ensuring staffing and project delivery align with the organization's vision.

You will be responsible for leading Business Development initiatives and operational growth for RVA in the Ontario and Eastern Canada market, liaising with clients, regulatory agencies, and utility companies.

As Senior Engineering Director, you will provide technical expertise on drinking water treatment projects, support proposal development, and ensure project deliverables meet professional standards.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering, and licensure as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) within Ontario are required.

With over 20 years of progressive industry experience, you will possess strong organizational leadership skills, practical knowledge of technical design, construction sequencing, and constructability, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year
