Nous recherchons un(e) collègue(e) passionné(e) par la fourniture d'une expérience de magasin exceptionnelle aux clients et qui les entretient à chaque étape.
Fonctions et responsabilités :
- Assurer un service à la clientèle exceptionnel dans un cadre courtois pour maintenir notre réputation pour un service amical, efficace et personnalisé.
- Recevoir, stocker et découper la viande pour s'assurer que la qualité de la viande et du découpage répond aux normes de la société.
- Stocker la viande sur des plateaux de manière ordonnée en préparation à l'emballage.
- Veiller à ce que la sécurité et l'hygiène du département correspondent aux politiques et normes de la société.
- Accueillir les clients de manière efficace et amicale.
- Répondre aux questions, demandes et plaintes des clients, tout en assurant des relations client impeccables dans tous les cas.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches, telles que assignées.
Le Candidat Idéal Possède :
- Competence en service à la clientèle exceptionnel
- Doit être un découpeur de viande certifié/boucher
- 3 ans minimum d'expérience en découpe de viande de rail, de veau et de porc dans un environnement de vente au détail.
- Doit être flexible pour travailler un mélange de tournées, dont des nuits, des soirées et des week-ends.
