Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our community team as a Senior Community Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing talent, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of community managers to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Develop and implement community plans to drive business growth and talent development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business results and improve client satisfaction
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities to drive business growth
  • Manage and develop a diverse team of community managers to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, with a proven track record of business growth and talent development
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the financial services industry
