Job Summary

As a senior community leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences across multiple branches. Your primary focus will be on leading a team of dedicated professionals to capture market opportunities and achieve strong business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead direct reports and collaborate with RBC partners to develop and execute business strategies
  • Manage multiple branches, building leadership capabilities and driving growth and retention activities
  • Develop and execute a community plan, leveraging all roles and channels to acquire clients and increase market share
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience, leveraging advice and digital capabilities as key value propositions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including RBC partners and community leaders
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience and 5 years of financial services experience
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize for impact, deliver outstanding results through collaboration and strong partnerships
  • Experience in capitalizing on emerging trends and proactively defending against competition
  • Ability to lead a diverse workforce, including sourcing, developing, and promoting talent
  • Completion of an acceptable mutual fund branch management exam or ability to write an exam within 4 months of start date
