Job Summary

The Tulsa Winch Group is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits administration, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Administration: Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage company benefit programs, including employee enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for payroll, HRIS, and ERP systems.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate standard reports and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
  • Training and Development: Administer company training programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Administrative Support: Provide routine administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in a related field, such as human resources or business administration.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Ceridian Powerpay payroll software, Microsoft Office, and other related programs. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Dayforce workforce management software and other HR systems.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Leadership Competencies: Results-driven, customer-focused, and collaborative leadership style.
