Job Title: Customer Information Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Information Service Representative at Arawaza. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a spokesperson for our organization, providing accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Answer written and oral inquiries, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints, providing meaningful information and services.
  • Perform general office duties, including receiving and logging complaints, receiving payments, and maintaining inventory.
  • Utilize computer and technology skills, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word, to efficiently manage customer interactions and data.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications.
