Job Title: Customer Information Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Information Service Representative to join our team at Arawaza. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a spokesperson for our organization, providing accurate and timely information to clients.
  • Answer written and oral inquiries, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints, providing meaningful information and services.
  • Perform general office duties, including ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Receive and log complaints, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer clients' inquiries and provide information, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
