AtkinsRéalis is a leading provider of nuclear engineering services, with a rich history of delivering complex projects worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Lead Planner to join our team in Mississauga, ON.

Your Role
  • Support Planning and Scheduling activities to ensure project success.
  • Prepare project schedules, extract Primavera data files, and send to the cost controller.
  • Monitor and control project progress, providing guidance and support to lower-level planners.
  • Identify and explain variances between current schedule, plan, earned values, and forecasts.
  • Ensure proper progress measurement is in place for all projects and portfolios within the P&L.
  • Present updates to Lead/Manager/Project or P&L lead.
  • Interface with other Project Control Team to maintain an integrated cost-schedule project control system.

  • Proficient in MS office suite of software, especially in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to learn new software as per the company standards.
  • Expert Knowledge of project management techniques and a number of years of hands on experience.
  • Ability to establish priorities and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of the general project controls policies and procedures.
  • Solid report writing, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with staff, build and maintain good working relationships with Project Controls team.
