Professional Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Noble Prime Solutions Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- About the Role:
- This is a permanent position requiring a secondary school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for recording meeting minutes, establishing office procedures, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls and electronic enquiries.
- In addition, the role involves compiling data, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.
- The professional will also direct people, set up information systems, and type and proofread documents.
- Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office.
- Priorities and Expectations:
- Multitasking, oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, teamwork, accuracy, client focus, and reliability.
