Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at KRG Technology Inc. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialized hardware and software problem diagnosis and resolution for customer end-users.
  • Route problems to onsite support staff and coordinate relationships with vendors and support staff.
  • Manage client management tools such as Apple Remote Desktop and scripting languages like Python and Ruby.
  • Work closely with onsite support staff to obtain technical knowledge and solve chronic problems.
  • Train and impart on-the-job and commercial training to enhance skills and support capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years diploma in Information Technology.
  • 3-5 years help desk, customer service, and support experience with problem-solving involving hardware, software, and networks.
  • Phone support experience necessary.
  • Technical helpdesk or technical call center experience is necessary.
Technical Expertise:
  • Windows Operating Systems: Windows 7, XP, 2000, 98.
  • Windows 2000, 2003, 2008.
  • Remote desktop connectivity applications: MS Office Suite.
  • VPN and remote dial-in users.
  • PDA, tablets, iPads, and phone support.
