Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the expansion of our marketing initiatives and contributing to our growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and digital events across various channels. This includes:

  • Developing and editing marketing or sales materials, including social media posts, blogs, graphics, videos, emails, presentations, brochures, and website content.
  • Collaborating with other departments and external partners to create visuals that align with brand guidelines.
  • Helping manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.
  • Researching trends and contributing to developing innovative social media strategies.

You will also be involved in conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform social media and content marketing strategies. Additionally, you will help grow and manage our channel and school partner networks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing.
  • A college or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (an asset).
  • Experience working in the education industry (an asset).
  • Familiarity with content marketing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Experience in creating content and managing social media accounts on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance.
  • A creative thinker who is not afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment where priorities or projects can shift quickly.
