This role requires a Senior Analyst, Technology Strategy, to support the relationship between Data and Technology teams and their customers. As the primary accountability, you'll foster strong relationships, align technology with business objectives, and proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess deep understanding of technology, business acumen, and a proven track record of customer-focused roles. Key responsibilities include:

Customer Success

  • Support the manager to develop and maintain a customer roadmap based on business impact, customer value, and technological feasibility.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, identifying ways technology can address and enhance decision-making and operations.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Assist or lead with the development of recommendations and presentations of various products and services applicable to customers based on their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business teams and Data & Technology teams.
  • Become an expert in Data & Technology products and services to make connections between customer needs and available offerings.
  • Champion the adoption of core technology programs and initiatives to deliver on collaborative priorities.
  • Support the manager to build a model of support to increase the effectiveness of the relationship between D&T and customers.
  • Apply independent judgment and navigate complex issues with a view to customer success.

  • Demonstrate leadership within the D&T function through transparency and championing communication, collaboration across teams, organizational culture, and values.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Data and Technology & Business teams.

  • Prioritize strong and effective cross-collaboration across Data and Technology.
  • Collaborate with the Technology Product and Services team to drive business goals forward.
  • Leverage D&T's technical expertise to ensure technology programs are innovative and strategically aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Share learnings with D&T to drive continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.
