Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy Specialist to join our team at The Mackenzie Immigration Inc.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive business growth. As a Marketing Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating communication strategies and programs, conducting market research, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate communication strategies and programs to identify areas for improvement and optimize results
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions and develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and social media content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a business-to-business setting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with market research tools and methodologies, including survey design and data analysis
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including bonus potential and free parking.
