Biotechnology Process Development Specialist

KNG Technical Inc. is seeking a skilled Biotechnology Process Development Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in planning and executing experiments, maintaining equipment, and performing molecular biology and biochemistry laboratory techniques.
The ideal candidate will be able to develop, optimize, and validate new analytics to support our process development pipeline, author and review standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires effective communication skills to work closely with cross-disciplinary teams, including research, assay development, downstream formulation, and engineering teams to achieve performance requirements.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need a Sc or post-graduate degree in chemistry, biochemistry, bioengineering, or related field, with at least 2 years of hands-on laboratory experience.
You should have experience with execution of experiments in a wet lab, preferably in an industry setting, and ability to communicate results and concepts clearly to fellow scientists.
A high learning agility and ability to handle a diverse workload are essential for this position.
What We OfferAs a Biotechnology Process Development Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
