Primary Care Physician Opportunity in Ontario

At HR4ALL, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our healthcare team in Ontario. As a vital member of our team, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to individuals and families, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and patient-centered physician to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment. You will be responsible for providing thorough physical examinations and medical histories, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic health conditions, and developing and implementing patient care plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive primary care services to individuals and families.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical histories.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, including preventive care and health education.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
We are looking for a physician with:
- A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensure to practice medicine in Ontario, Canada, and membership in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
- Certification in Family Medicine from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
- Previous experience in family medicine or primary care setting is an asset.
