Position Overview:

The primary responsibility is handling inbound calls from existing and potential customers regarding application processing, account updates, product information questions, and website support. As a representative of our brand and clients, you will directly influence Cardholder's impressions of the quality of service, focusing on efficiency and the quality of customer interactions within our fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional service on inbound, outbound, and offline mail and correspondence work queues as assigned, with a primary focus on inbound call servicing.
  2. Offer top-notch customer service while responding to all inbound inquiries, including application processing, account updates/inquiries, product information, and website support.
  3. Encourage customers by discussing the benefits and features of supplemental products and services to enhance the customer experience.
  4. Identify and resolve inquiries & complaints to achieve mutually satisfactory solutions, following escalation procedures as necessary.
  5. Remain current on program information, business initiatives, corporate products, and processes.
  6. Achieve quality service by accurately assessing and responding to customer needs, using sound judgment when recommending options/solutions, adhering to quality assurance program standards.
Requirements and Benefits:
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is a requirement.
  • A minimum of one year of previous customer-facing experience is required.
  • Contact center experience is considered a strong asset.
  • Previous Financial Services experience would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Credit Cards is an asset.
