One Source Home Services, a leading, Home Building, HVAC and plumbing company, is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Our company takes pride in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers, and the customer service team plays a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional, and accurate responses
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and coordinating service calls
- Process invoices and provide billing support
- Manage warranty claims and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with the team to address customer concerns and provide solutions

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in customer service roles, ideally within the HVAC, Plumbing and Home Construction industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in handling phone calls and ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- Understanding of pricing and willingness to learn about mechanical systems
- Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain effective working relationships

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
