About This Role

Kite, a Gilead Company, is a leader in the development of innovative cancer immunotherapies. As a Sr. Cell Therapy Account Manager, you will play a vital role in helping us change the paradigm of cancer treatment and revolutionize individually tailored therapies.

We are seeking a qualified, highly motivated individual with relevant experience for this permanent position based in Alberta or Saskatchewan. Reporting to the Director, Sales/Cell Therapy Account Management, you will be responsible for driving differentiation of Kite products and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to build the footprint of CAR T delivery centres within the territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain clinical expertise in principles of Hematology and Immunology, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma Disease and Treatment, Stem Cell Transplantation, and build a strong understanding of Cell Therapy and patient pathways.
  • Develop and initiate strategies that create new business and support the onboarding, qualification, and efficiencies of treatment centers to ensure successful and safe delivery of CAR T-cell therapy.
  • Lead the development and execution of cross-functional account plans with clear goals, tactics, accountabilities, and measurement.
  • Foster superior working relationships with key opinion leaders and key accounts to ensure exceptional service delivery and responsiveness.
  • Represent Kite at national and international conferences and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hematology/oncology experience, or other relevant specialty experience.
  • Proven track record of high performance, embodying a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to provide unprecedented customer support across stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated initiative and a willingness to work hands-on and with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate and apply data to inform decision making.
