Inside Sales Account Representative Job Description

Adecco Canada is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Account Representative to join our team for a 12-month contract. This role involves consultative sales, building strong client relationships, and optimizing advertising solutions for small to medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of high-spending advertisers, identifying sales opportunities and tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Conduct proactive outreach through outbound calls and reactively engage clients to assess product performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize client advertising strategies, helping them achieve their goals.
  • Develop expertise in social media advertising solutions and market trends to effectively position the client's offerings.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years in sales, particularly in relationship sales, ad sales, or digital marketing; 4 years of overall work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong phone presence, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media advertising.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
