Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. in a permanent position. As a key member of our sales operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of sales staff and ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet our sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Hire and train new staff members or arrange for their training, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Authorize returns of merchandise and establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and conduct regular stocktakes to identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
- Candidates must have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales role or equivalent experience.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree is required.
