Job Description for Delivery Operations Manager

  • Assist with supervising a team of 5-10 people, coordinating activities and scheduling, and resolving work problems to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Prepare production and other reports, resolve work problems, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise workers and projects, train or arrange for training, and dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities, co-ordinate repairs and rentals, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities for the Role:

  • Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of a team of drivers and support staff.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of production and other reports.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain relationships with Pride Truck Sales Ltd. customers.
  • Manage and control the inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies.
