Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at ROYAL CURRY LTD. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and training to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient ordering and stock management.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
Working Conditions:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced environment, with physically demanding tasks and repetitive activities. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the team and maintain a positive attitude.
Language:

The working language is English.

Work Hours:
