Job Description

The Leadtec Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the integrity of production data within the Leadtec system and providing administrative support to the Production Manager. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and distribute key production data to relevant stakeholders, including the Director of Manufacturing, Plant Manager, Production Managers, and Supervisors.
  • Create and issue RFID cards to new hires, uploading relevant data to RF cards for each production order.
  • Review operator errors in the Leadtec System and communicate with Supervisors to address discrepancies.
  • Develop new processes to support the production department and train employees on Leadtec usage.
  • Prepare signage and correspondence as required and assist in preparing department reports, budgets, and expenses.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an office position in a manufacturing environment.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong capabilities in planning, organizing, and process control.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work proactively as part of a team.
  • Must be familiar with computers and business software, including MS Office and skilled in Excel.
