Job Title: Senior Associate - Client Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate - Client Services to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services, and contributing to the growth and development of our team.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests
  • Assist with account administration, including account openings, billing setup, and tax documentation
  • Support online applications and ensure timely and accurate production of client-customized reporting
  • Collect and analyze data for risk and compliance reporting
  • Elevate unresolved issues to manager or officer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with business-related coursework or equivalent
  • 2+ years of related custody and/or fund accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of securities markets, languages, and products, as well as legal and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team player and prioritize assignments under tight deadlines
