Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Little Kitchen Academy - St. Albert. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and ordering supplies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
