Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineering Lead to join our team at Westpower Equipment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in mechanical systems and equipment
  • Design and develop new mechanical systems and equipment to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Investigate and resolve mechanical failures and unexpected maintenance problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems and equipment
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment design, development, and implementation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
