About the Company
TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is proud to partner with a well-established building envelope manufacturer based in Toronto. Their preconstruction and installation group is seeking a seasoned senior project manager for GTA projects.

About this Role
As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for managing projects, teams, and drafting processes while maintaining a safe working environment. You will liaise with the estimating and sales team, manufacturing team, and installation teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project management standards and best practices.
  2. Lead and motivate project teams, including project managers and drafting teams, to achieve project goals.
  3. Collaborate with the estimating and sales team to ensure accurate project estimates and sales strategies.
  4. Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of materials.
  5. Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a project manager, preferably in the curtain wall industry.
  2. Project Management diploma, designation, or related field.
  3. Ability to read architectural drawings and blueprints.
  4. CPM, PMP, or LEED AP certifications are a plus.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
  6. Strong knowledge of construction and scheduling principles.
