Technical Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Lead to join our team at DNBC Financial Canada Limited. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet business requirements and are executed within budget.
- Document technical specifications to guarantee that products, processes, and solutions align with business objectives.
- Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation and adoption.
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to stakeholders.
- Evaluate physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, developing policies and procedures to mitigate these risks.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure business continuity.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to assess practices, products, and information systems, identifying areas for improvement.
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
