  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Work Environment:

A&W Restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a kitchen and food service area with a team of staff.
